If you wish to discuss a case with one of our oncologists, please do one of the following:

• Fill out our online consultation request form
• Call our office at (781) 684-8688
• Fax a consultation request form (right)
  to us at (781) 684-8777

If you choose to call our office, please alert our receptionist you are calling to request a consultation.
Also, be sure to include:

• whether the patient is a dog or a cat
• breed of patient
• sex of patient
• approximate age of patient
• the diagnosis (if there is one)

Please remember that when you call you are speaking
to our reception staff, and going into great detail
may not be efficient.
